Supercar Drive Day, 200km+
Starting exclusively from Chateau Yering, drive some of the world’s finest exotics on a spirited full-day pursuit through one of Australia’s most scenic wine regions, including an exceptional five-course lunch at Ezard at Levantine Hill.
Readied with an espresso and an introduction to a stable of supercars, depart in convoy via Old Healesville Road before ascending the famous Black Spur. Sheltering a mesmerising understory of green ferns and hair-pin turns, this seductively-smooth road follows an historic trail through a forest of tall Mountain Ash trees.
Arriving at Marysville for morning tea at one of its many artsy cafes, the drive then continues east for a dramatic ascent to Lake Mountain – one of our favourite roads in Victoria.
Climbing to an elevation of 1,500m at the southern tip of the Great Dividing Range, the road carves its way along the edge of a scenic escarpment, shadowed by ghostly Snow Gums. With few visitors in Autumn, it makes for an exhilarating drive to the summit.
Descend the mountains for an exceptional degustation lunch at Ezard at Levantine Hill and an indulgent detour before venturing deep into Toolangi State Forest for a thrilling end, returning on sunset to Chateau Yering.
Frequent and generous intervals are scheduled throughout our Supercar Drive Days to ensure that our customers receive equal opportunities to alternate between driving each supercar.
