It is home to numerous vineyards and wineries and wine enthusiasts can explore the cool-climate wines produced in the area and enjoy tastings at various cellar doors.
The area is also dotted with charming historic towns and villages such as Bowral, Mittagong, and Berrima. These towns boast well-preserved architecture, boutique shops, art galleries, and cafes.

Berida Hotel, Bowral
Originally built as a home in 1925 and extended throughout the years, Berida is not your typical hotel, it is filled with history, charm and unique features at every turn.
With 46 restored and fully air-conditioned hotel rooms, their popular restaurant Bistro Sociale, stunning guest lounge with open fire place, games room, conference facilities, luxurious day spa, indoor heated pool, spa and sauna, and a local produce store, Berida Hotel is the perfect venue for our Bowral DYO experience.

Stefano’s Italian Cooking Experiences focus on the tradition of the long Sunday family lunch, where everyone plays a role in making the meal and together eat – just as his family did. You will learn to make classic Italian dishes, and some with a modern twist.
Stefano Marvello, the celebrated and awarded owner of The Italian Cooking Experience in Bowral has collaborated with Centennial Vineyards to create a memorable dining experience.
Over 3 hours you will enjoy an expertly curated tasting of Centennial Vineyard’s finest wines, followed by an unforgettable Italian dining experience. Stefano will cook for you in the round, sharing his tips and tricks for cooking Italian food and sharing a few stories, with more delicious Centennial wines.

Carefully Selected Driving Route
Choosing the route for a driving experience is a lot more complex than people think. We select roads that are great to drive but also have zero or minimal potholes, hazards, traffic and so on. We personally drive the route to inspect it and speak to locals for tips on the best driving roads.
Lead Car For Your Safety
One of the most convenient parts of our events is having a lead car at the front of the pack. We’ll alert you via radio of any road hazards, potholes, cyclists in advance so you can have absolute peace of mind and just focus on driving!
