PRANCING HORSE REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $500 TO SECURE A RESERVATION. THE REMAINING BALANCE MAY BE FINALISED UP TO FOUR WEEKS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DATE OF YOUR EXPERIENCE.
ELIGIBLE DRIVERS MUST BE AT LEAST 30 YEARS OLD AND POSSESS A COMPLETE AND VALID DRIVER LICENCE. ADDITIONAL FEES AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS MAY APPLY FOR DRIVERS AGED BETWEEN 25-29 YEARS – PLEASE CONTACT OUR TEAM FOR FURTHER DETAILS. DRIVERS AGED BETWEEN 25-29 YEARS MAY BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A RECORD OF THEIR DRIVING HISTORY.
COMPREHENSIVE VEHICLE INSURANCE AND COVER FOR THIRD-PARTY PROPERTY DAMAGE IS INCLUDED ON THE PROVISION THAT A MAXIMUM ‘AT-FAULT’ INSURANCE-EXCESS OF A$15,000 APPLIES INDIVIDUALLY TO EACH DRIVER. IMPORTANTLY, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OR BOND IS NOT REQUIRED. GUESTS MAY REDUCE THEIR EXCESS TO A$7,500, VIA AN UPGRADE OF A$250 WHICH COVERS BOTH DRIVERS, HOWEVER IT CANNOT BE REDUCED ENTIRELY.

Is the driving experience designed for 1 driver or 2 drivers?
This event is designed for couples or pairs and it is important that both guests share the drive throughout the day.
When do I need to finalise the remaining balance payment?
Please note that complete payment is required at least 4 weeks before the scheduled event and reservations may be released if the remaining balance has not been finalised by this time. Please ask us if you would like to arrange instalment payments too. 😊
Is the driving experience weather dependant and should I book flexible airfares and accommodation?
In the interests of safety and your driving pleasure, our luxury driving experiences are held ONLY when roads are dry.
We have carefully selected May/June to minimise the risk of wet weather affecting your experience. Late May and early-June is usually one of the most stable times of year and spectacularly sunny. ☀️
We will contact you if we are concerned about the weather forecast leading up to your event – we usually aim to provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice to minimise any potential inconvenience and will work with you to re-schedule to the next best day.
